I attended St Albans City Hospital for pre-op consultations and aftercare.
Everyone I came in contact with were professional, caring and polite.

I'm very grateful to the staff at St Albans City for their caring & courteous approach to my care, I was kept informed at all times about everything that was happening before & after my surgery. No hesitation in using / recommending the staff & hospital in the future.

My only problem was trying to communicate, all I got was no answer to emails and answerphone just gives a blunt saying answerphone full goodbye.

Just had total knee replacement in De La Mare ward and could not find any faults or concern at all. The staff were so helpful and nothing to much trouble to make my visit comfortable.

Excellent care in a COVID environment - i felt treated as an individual and any concerns listened to and completely safe. The nursing team and my consultant were truly professional and outstanding.

I visit the hospital’s two different departments for my ailments and each time I am treated with respect and staff always ready to help. The hospital is clean makes one feel safe.
